File Will Not Open
All of our files download and work correctly and have all been scanned for viruses using Total Virus.
If you’re having problems opening an ebook PDF file it’s a problem with your device or the file download.
Here’s what to do:
1. Make sure you’re computer and PDF software are updated.
2. Download the file again. Make sure you’re connected to a WiFi when you download. Downloading large files over a cellular connection at times will cause problems. Making sure you’re connected to a WiFi signal will usually fix this issue.
